Tai Chi for Balance

Progressive Class

Tai Chi for Balance is a research-based progressive balance training regimen, derived from traditional and contemporary Tai Chi martial arts, re-developed and designed for all levels of ambulatory community-dwelling older adults at risk of falling.  Research shows that participants who very consistently attend Tai Chi for Balance class can significantly reduce their risk of falls.

Strength and Balance class

All-Levels Group Class

Strength and Balance class is an all-levels seated and standing strength and balance training class, providing research-based fall prevention exercise. Class will incorporate appropriate warm up, cool down, and emphasize a tailored, functional and therapeutic approach.

CLASS TIMES: 

Monday & Wednesday - 1:00 pm 

Saturday - 11:30 am​
